One of my first embroidered collages. This piece taught me that fiber art can be playful and that embroidery has no limits. It found a home with a college friend in Virginia.
I started showcasing food in alcohol bottles when I lived in Virginia. The series continued after I moved to Austin. A neighborhood agave plant made an excellent background for this spaghetti-themed monstrosity.
This is one of two pieces I made in exchange for a tattoo by @chidgeytattoos in Lewisville, TX. It also happens to be one of my favorite things I've ever made.
